To help you and other clients enjoy your treatment without interruption, we ask that children and pets aren't brought along to appointments.

Please contact us as soon as you realise you're running late.

Many treatments require the therapist's full attention, and other clients may also be having treatments specifically because they want quiet time away from everyday responsibilities.

Whether you're nervous because you've never had the treatment before, you're self-conscious about an area being treated or you simply don't know what will happen, it's useful for us to know.

We take a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
If you need to amend or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and missed appointments can mean your deposit is forfeited because that appointment time has been reserved specifically for you.
